How to set up an Instagram Poll
This How to is more than 2 years old and may be outdated.
Are you an Instagram Story fan? It can get a little bit addictive, especially because it's such a good feature that allows us to interact with our followers and friends, whether we're setting it up for fun or for getting some feedback about products, or to get some information about the content our followers prefer to see.
Setting up an Instagram Poll is super easy, all you have to do is make a Story.
Make a video or prepare a photo, we used photos from our own gallery and combined them together with Pic Jointer.
Go to Stories
Go to Stories and tap the Gallery in the bottom left part of the screen if you are going to use photos from your phone.
Then choose the photo or video you want to publish with the poll.
Tap Stickers
Now that you’ve chosen photo or video, tap the sticker icon in the upper part of the screen, as shown in the image.
Then tap POLL.
Set up your Poll
Now you get to ask the question and offer possible answers.
Tap Ask a question and write the question you wish to ask in the field.
Also, by tapping YES and NO you get to write in possible answers for your poll.
We’ll write in Left and Right.
Publish Story and see results
Publish your Story and chill :)
By tapping Seen by you can see all of the results of your Poll.
Poll results on Seen by
Poll results can be very funny and amusing, but also a useful tool for future content management, for product management, etc.
In the Poll resulst, you can see how many people have seen the poll, who voted how and the total number of votes for each choice.
