In this How-to we will show you how to delete your own comments that you wrote on someone else's video and how to delete other people's comments from your videos. Comments can sometimes be hateful, inappropriate or offensive and we don't want them on our channel.
You can delete comments that are not following YouTube's Community Guidelines and you can block people to prevent them from leaving hateful comments on your posts.
How to remove other people's comments
Go to your channel and find inappropriate, hateful or offensive comments that you want to delete.
Next to the comments you’ll find three dots, tap on them and then tap Remove.
Confirm it by tapping Remove once again. And that’s it!
How to delete my comments on YouTube
Find your comment that you want to delete, tap the three dots next to it and then tap Delete.
To confirm, tap Delete one more time and your comment will be deleted.
