Choose between different contact options
You can contact Booking.com customer support in a few different ways. Sometimes you will find a quick fix to your problems in the Find Info field, as it is very likely someone else has already had the same issue or a similar question. Here you can find a drop-down menu and select the topic of your interest.
In the Manage a Booking field you can see and change your booking dates, add rooms or cancel your booking online.
The best thing to do if you have any questions about your stay is to Contact the property.
Send an email to Booking.com
If you want to send an email to Booking.com, select the Get in touch field.
Fill in the required data and type your message, but try to be as clear as possible and describe everything to the best of your abilities, that should help you get the best answer and the quickest one for sure.
Then just click the blue Send button.
Call Booking.com on these numbers
When you need an urgent response from the Booking.com Customer service team, the best thing to do is to call them.
When you select the Get in touch field and scroll below, you will find all the numbers for each country.
Some of the numbers are free, and calling some of them will be charged extra (probably the international ones will always be charged, so maybe use Skype when calling them).
