Forgot your Instagram password? Here’s the solution

Most of us have many usernames and passwords for many, many apps. Sometimes we forget some of them, we forget which e-mail we used to create the account, what was the password or what was our user name. In this How-to, we'll show you how to reset your Instagram password.
No need to panic, you'll get your account back, you just have to follow the few easy steps below to reset your Instagram password.
Instagram forgotten password
Open Instagram, enter your username and tap Forgotten password?
Enter your e-mail address or username that you use on your Instagram account and tap Next.
You can enter your phone number as well if you don’t remember the e-mail address, and Instagram will send you a link for a password reset.
You will receive a 6-digit code on the e-mail address you entered in the step before and all you have to do now is enter it.
If you received and entered the 6-digit code, chances are you have now successfully accessed your Instagram account.
